Kohl-welles.jeanne@leg.wa.gov subject your email "Stop the insanity" plead your case with her and let her know why despenceries should be allowed, and not (I spike my shit with horse tranquilzers) aka BLACKMARKET dealers. We all need to stand up or one by one they will fall and who are we to turn to?? Blackmarket, I don't think so. They could care less if we live or die. If we do not speak and speak in volumes no one will listen and take us seriously. We deserve safe access now not later. Please have everyone you know do the same. United we stand divided we fall.
