Would patients be better protected from arrest if they carried their meds in baggies with RCW MMJ labels stuck to em?....or does labels on baggies cause more problems for the patients due to conflict with RCW paraphenalia laws?
Does anybody know about the above subject? Example: If a patient was traveling in their car with spouse and kids, or other relatives,or friends, or group, and the patients meds were found by police packed in their travel bag along side the other non-mmj passengers bags...would having a RCW compliant label stuck to the bag increase or decrease the risk to the other non-mmj passengers? or even just the patient himself? Thanks |

Curious about products that contain MMJ, too... tinctures, salves, lotions, etc.

I never heard of "RCW compliant stickers" either.....I just made it up!
Sorry, I think I made my question more complicated than it needs to be. I'm just talking about a sticker that sticks to the bag, container, etc., that reads My name, and the title language of WA RCW MMJ law, as well as my Rec. I was thinking of printing up some stickers that combined all of the above info, onto one label, then just stick them on anything MMJ related. What would be the advantage of having the "RCW compliant" stickers? If any? |

I can hear SteveS now "be careful what you wish for." We certainly don't want another "rule" hindering our ability to carry our medicine with us. Just think about the sticker falling off and you just happen to get pulled over and your meds aren't "clearly labeled" and you end up getting arrested. We already have enough to worry about. Although your question is a good one and I too would like to hear what other members think about labeled MMJ containers. KMJ.

The sticker would be a tamper-proof sticker and purchased only from the state (State MMJ tax)
Would you really want something like that? |

NO! No tax on medical marijuana....EVER! Don't even suggest that! Soon you'd have a $400 per ounce tax. Like that idea? They don't have to ban it....just tax it to the point it's totally unaffordable. VERY dumb idea.

"Would you really want something like that?[/quote]"
I just want to know if ANY type of sticker, that is home-made by the patient themselves, would protect innocent third non-mmj parties who might be traveling with the mmj-patient. Why I really want to know? Because, a online company could offer a online template for MMJ patients to fill in with their information, the template would use the information to fill in different style stickers with that patients information...if it is not in violation of any parphenalia laws? or other laws? If somebody could do it legal? then.... PUFF! a new cannabusiness is born! :Com-on The WA Governor was on the KOMO news last night talking about the business potential of Cannabis! I'm all fired up with ideas now! I don't have the capital or enough redneckness ("get er done" from blue collar comedy) to get any of my ideas off the ground, but that does not mean they should go to waste. So I'm donating a great Idea to the mmj movement...take it for what its worth I guess, or just trow it out. But I sure could use a some type of sticker to keep any non-mmj patients from harm. I've seen stickers on lotions/salves, etc, and on edibles, that say something about RCW compliancy...
