so if the law is 71/99 and 100 sq ft, then how will that affect dispensaries? Is there any clause that says one patient can't give his medicine to another? I am eager to see how this works out. Thanks for all you do, steve.

First...there won't be any "99 plants"...it will just be a 100 sq. ft. canopy. It won't effect "dispensaries" at all because dispensaries don't exist as a legal entity under the law.

But isn't the 99 rule more to protect us from the DEA? I was under the assumption that anything over 99 will get you a mandatory 5 year minimum at the Federal level. At any rate - 71/99 is an awesome number!!

Thanks again Steve

It would be wonderful to eliminate the fear of growing as little as 10 plants to keep a patient in medicine. I just get the feeling that some of the podunk counties will still arrest small time medicinal growers. I would hate to be the one that gets to test out the new law.

I can not even begin to understand all your pain and suffering you go through for to help all these patients. Keep up the good work.

Do you think that Don and Tom will give the orders to the county sherriffs to stop looking for medical grows?

Excellent report and excellent work, Steve!

It sounds like the "secret meeting" that was a "conversation" didn't have quite the outcome that law enforcement had hoped, ha ha!

Now we can all hope the DOH listened to the actual medical experts... Fingers crossed!
