Our Mission
CannaCare is, first and foremost, a patient advocacy group. Our primary mission is to educate patients and health care providers in all aspects of the safe cultivation and consumption of marijuana for medicinal and therapeutic purposes.
Other areas of focus for CannaCare include legal and legislative matters relevant to medicinal marijuana. We work diligently to help patients understand and comply with the law, while also working to help shape the law into an institution that respects and endorses patients' rights.
We are based in the Seattle area and we have members all over Washington, Oregon and Nevada. This wide spectrum of both membership and geography gives us many opportunities to work closely with other like-minded groups and individuals, intent on reshaping the law and remolding government policy.
